All Tess Jean Patterns are PDF digital downloads and will be delivered instantly to your email after checkout.

Your download includes both tiled files (for printing at home on A4 or US Letter paper) and A0 copy shop files. Please download and save your pattern files as soon as possible after purchase.

If you don't receive your email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, feel free to get in touch and I'll be happy to help.

You can also log in to your shop account at any time to access your purchased patterns.

Having Trouble Downloading Your Pattern?

Sometimes download links don't work properly when opened inside the built-in browser on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook, as these apps can block downloads.

If this happens:

• Open the download link again
• Tap the menu or three dots in the corner of the app browser
• Select "Open in Safari" or "Open in Chrome"
• Try downloading the pattern again from your regular browser
