AFTERPAY

To make shopping easier, TESS JEAN offers Afterpay as a payment option for customers in New Zealand and Australia. Afterpay offers interest free payment plans for your online purchases. You can purchase what you want today and pay it off in four equal and affordable, interest free fortnightly instalments.

At the checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment option before completing your purchase. You will be redirected to the Afterpay portal where you can either login with an existing Afterpay account or create a new one.

Some of our styles are made in limited quantities. Purchasing an item for pre-order secures your item ensuring you won’t miss out if the style or size is no longer available. 

Pre-orders are pieces that are made to order and will ship at a later date. The estimated delivery date will be noted in the description of the product on the product page. 

At the time you place a pre-order, you will be required to pay the full price and shipping cost to secure your pre-order.  Your order will be shipped out as soon as it is completed . Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. 

For any orders that combine stock item/s and pre-order item/s, they will be shipped separately so you receive your items straight away. Pre-order items will be shipped on the estimated delivery date in the description. No additional postage will be charged for separate deliveries.

Once an order has been placed, we start processing orders immediately. Please contact our team straight away with your order number, full name and request and we will see what we can do.
