To make shopping easier, TESS JEAN offers Afterpay as a payment option for customers in New Zealand and Australia. Afterpay offers interest free payment plans for your online purchases. You can purchase what you want today and pay it off in four equal and affordable, interest free fortnightly installments.At the checkout, simply select Afterpay as your payment option before completing your purchase. Pre-orders are pieces that are made to order and will ship at a later date. The estimated delivery date will be noted in the description of the product on the product page. 

At the time you place a pre-order, you will be required to pay the full price and shipping cost to secure your pre-order.  Your order will be shipped out as soon as it is completed . Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. 

For any orders that combine stock item/s and pre-order item/s, they will be shipped together when the pre-order item/s are ready (as on the estimated delivery date in the description). If you want stock items sooner, I recommend making two separate orders so I can ship your item sooner.

Once an order has been placed, I start processing orders immediately. Please contact me straight away with your order number, full name and request and I’ll see what I can do.
