INTERNATIONAL: We use a freight forwarding company who deliver orders using courier companies such as DHL and UPS.
VIETNAM: We use a local delivery company.
International orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days of its ship date.
Local Vietnam orders will be delivered within 1-3 days of its ship date.
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and note that we do not ship to PO boxes, DPO addresses or parcel lockers.
Yes you can. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.
We are sorry we can not ship to PO Box or hotel addresses.
Yes, we recommend that you provide us with an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery for peace of mind. If nobody is home when delivery is attempted a "Card to Call" will be left. You can then arrange for re-delivery or collection.
Yes you will. The return shipping method and cost is the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by TESS JEAN.
Item/s marked as “Final Sale” during a sales period have a strict no returns or refunds policy. Returns will not be accepted by TESS JEAN. Only faulty items can be returned.
An item is deemed as faulty if it is received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Please note sometimes damage may occur to the gift box during shipping, we do not deem this as a fault to your item/s.
If you have received a faulty item we are very sorry. Please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to returns@tessjean.com so we can assist you.
Yes you can return sale items for a credit note. They must be returned within 21 days from delivery and fit our return policy. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

Yes you may be required to pay customs and duties that are charged on delivery to your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by Tess Jean. Tess Jean is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
Sorry we can not offer exchanges due to the limited nature of our pieces. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend that you purchase the new item and follow the returns process for a refund.
Some of our styles are made in limited quantities. Purchasing an item for pre-order secures your item ensuring you won’t miss out if the style or size is no longer available.
Pre-orders are pieces that are secured for you and made to order. Once your order has been made it will be shipped to you.
Because we need to cut and make your item/s for you, there is a wait time on pre-orders. Estimated delivery time is in the product description on the product page. We will keep you updated should there be any unexpected delays with your order.
Items ordered on Pre Order are considered as sold and a “pre-order” order cannot be canceled.
Currently we only sell online through our e-boutique. We have no other stockists online or in store.
